    What Our Clients Say!

Bavido Architecture truly transformed our historic property beyond our wildest dreams. Their attention to detail and passion for preserving the building’s heritage while adding modern functionality was exceptional. From the initial design discussions to the final touches, their team’s professionalism and creativity were evident. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Bavido Architecture helped us convert an old double shotgun home into a beautiful restaurant in Mid City New Orleans (Bayou Wine Garden). The City Planning & Zoning & Code review Agencies were made so easy by Sam. His designs are incredible and he helps with all aspects of planning & construction and his cost are so reasonable!!

Sam designed our new Slidell home as a 2 story Acadian wrap around abutting a private lake on Civic Club Ln. He worked with us from the start & presented several options that addressed all our needs and was inexpensive. I’d recommend him on any project.

Bavido Architecture added a nursery and did a partial renovation to our historic Tchoupitoulas St. home. The whole process was easy and inexpensive. They offered several custom options to choose from and all were beautiful, functional & very economic.

Bavido Architecture renovated our 120 year old shotgun home in old Gretna. The Historic, Zoning & Building Permitting would have been a maze of confusion without their guidance. Their experience with Design, Agencies & Construction Administration was invaluable.

Sam Bavido designed our new 5200 sf Lakeview home and its Awesome! He oversees all aspects of the process and follows up with check ins long after completion.

I’ve been a professional audio engineer & studio owner for over 25 years. Sam was the Architect on my conversion of a 100 year old Presbyterian Church into a Recording Studio. His guidance through the entire process was great (& not only the designs & construction – but helped with the National Parks Services for Historic tax credits). The 12,000 sf building came out beautiful & state of the Art. I’ve since asked him back to help with a sound system installation at the historic Le Petit Theatre in the French Quarter and it came out great too!!

Sam designed a mother-in-law building for our Elizabeth St, home in Metairie. We later asked him back to plan a renovation of the main house and give the home a face lift. The before & after is unbelievable!!
